Educational Consulting in Chicagoland
Supporting schools and educators with over 20 years of experience in education and specializing in International Baccalaureate (IB)
Welcome!
I’m Elizabeth “Annie” Stock, M.Ed., founder of C3 Educational Consulting LLC.
For more than two decades, I’ve served as a teacher, coordinator, consultant, and adjunct professor. Much of my career has been dedicated to working with International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes—mentoring coordinators, leading evaluation and authorization teams, developing workshops, and supporting schools in creating purposeful and sustainable programming.
I know the challenges: new coordinators often feel overwhelmed, leaders may struggle to align programming with their vision, and teachers sometimes need added support to grow in their roles. My mission is to provide clarity where there is confusion, encouragement where there is uncertainty, and stability where systems feel unclear or chaotic.
At the heart of my work are 3 C’s:
Confidence
Equipping educators and leaders to take risks, innovate, and thrive in their roles
Curiosity
Fostering openness to growth, feedback, and fresh approaches to learning
Clarity
Bringing structure, focus, and direction so schools can flourish
How I Can Help
Through a blend of thought partnership, strategic reviews, curriculum and assessment development, and stakeholder engagement, I help schools move from overwhelm to clarity. My role is to strengthen implementation in authentic ways, revitalize faculty engagement, and streamline the alignment of both state and programme standards so that teachers and leaders can work with confidence. I partner closely with administrators to chart clear strategies that flow seamlessly from leadership to classrooms, and I support communities in building stronger buy-in from parents, boards, and other stakeholders.
The outcome is always the same: a school culture grounded in collaboration, confidence, and a shared vision for success.
